On the Misawa talk, it was supposedly a high angle belly to back suplex. They're a lot more common in Japan then they are in the US. Especially in the women's division. I know it was Akitoshi Saito who performed the move. I do believe it was in a tag team match. Tony Schiavone has said a couple times that neck specialists do their work in Japan because they typically have more vulnerable necks. I think Misawa had gained some weight at that time and couldn't tuck his chin tight enough and essentially got dropped on the back of his head and broke his own neck. Rumor is he essentially internally decapitated himself. There was an autopsy done, but his family invoked a Japanese law to keep it from becoming public. The Tiger Mask gimmick is kind of a legacy in Japan. I do believe Misawa was Tiger Mask II.
