My Hero Academia S5 E23 "Tenko Shimura: Origin" Full Length Reaction

Comments

Matthew Richson

The darkest entry in the MHA universe by far. Tragic in every sense of the word. And you’ve only seen half of it. You can really see the parallels between Tenko and Izuku. Key difference being that no one helped or supported the former, until it was too late. And the only one to reach a hand out and help, was All for One. And Kota, was on his way to turning out like the dad, had Izuku not changed his mind…

Im sure you’re gonna get 6 paragraph essays on this but just keep in mind this is highly censored, just to give you a reference to how brutal its meant to be in the Manga. you thought toga could bounce back cause they censored how fuck up she was lol

God what a good episode

Highly censored? It was pretty much 1 to 1 except the gray bodies had a little bit more blood between the cracks

They heavily censored Toga's injure in the anime. In the manga, you could literally see blood bursting out of her body when Curocity triggered the blood bomb.

Also in the manga, Redestro easily ripped off Shigaraki's several fingers when he grabbed him up.

Not every tragedy has to be caused/designed by AFO. One of the themes of MVA is to expose the systematic flaws of society that turn unlucky people into "villains".

I hopefully believe S6 will revive the hype for MHA cause S4 and S5 is iffy bruh ong. Shoutout to the other amazing anime tho, that carried this Summer 2021 anime lineup

Remember reading this 2 years ago and wondering how people would react to the corgi and family getting killed. Guess anime is caught up to where I stopped reading now.
