Hmmnnnnnn a lot to think about. I game at 3440x1440 which is much closer to 1440p than 4k. It seems like the 6800XT is the better choice for me, unless I look towards the future with DLSS, DT and Nvidia implementing SAM (BAR?)... But then I have a 5600X & X570 mobo, so I could just have SAM now... and with that I could wait for FidelityFX.... God damn it, I miss the days of reading PCpowerplay and getting whatever had the best average FPS for $250AUD. I also see that the reference 6800XTs are $1049 here in Aus, and the cheapest 3080 you can join a waitlist for is $1399. As Rokuth said, will need to see what Sapphire and Powercolor can bring to the table.
