Next week I'm going to test a large number of AM4 motherboards to investigate the claimed boost clock issues of the 3rd Gen Ryzen CPUs. I've not seen this issue on any of the boards I've tested with (at least when I've looked) but quite a few of you have reported issues in the Discord chat. Please comment below if you're having an issue, make sure to note the CPU and motherboard used.

I have a number of retail CPUs as well and all behave as expected.

3700X on Asus Prime x470-PRO bios 5204 (2019/07/31 AGESA 1.0.0.3), G Skills Trident Z RGB 3200 8GB X 4, I'm getting max boost to about 4300. All core boost up to 4067MHz. Only running PBO on the bios as Ryzen Master software refuses to install.

Using a 3900x new gskill neo 16gb cL 14 3600mhz ram and a crosshair hero 8. Peaks to 4.55 for a moment at times. Any synthetic bench Iv run single thread never sees the boost past 4.3 and average bench on the cpu as a whole sees 4.15 ghz - 4.2
