Apparently last poll remained in a tie until the very last moment, I didn't think there would be a tie when I started looking at the evolution of the votes, but somehow you guys managed to almost tie the poll. I'm starting to think you guys knowingly tie the polls because it's happening very often lately XD.

It's been a while since this poll wasn't selected. It's a random choice in the end. I hope the guys who have been putting characters in NSH are happy that it finally came back this month. Remember there are ton NSH in Deluxe due to the technical challenge that they pose for KK. That being said, if your character isn't here, (and there is high chance this is the case in this category), it is probably because it is in the Deluxe poll.
