The random guy you guys thought you recognized on the street in Karate Kid II, who invites them to the dance, is BD Wong. He's been in a TON of stuff, but probably best known for his role in the Jurassic Park/World franchise as the scientist who cracked the (literal DNA) code to clone dinosaurs.

#Sundayrundown Karate trivia time: The beginning of the second movie was originally planned to be the first movies ending, but was scrapped. They then brought it back when production for 2 started. So it was never shot during the first one. They had to bring back all the actors (Johnny, Kreese, Psycho kid) for just that scene. Also, they did shoot this movie in Hawaii. They chose not to shoot in Okinawa because it had changed too much because of the presence of military bases there, which became a theme in the second movie.

nice-ish double feature. karate kid part one was pretty good. not quite greatness levels but good. 2 was.....a movie. well, at least we had super hot chozen. mmmm mmm #mystyle that dark beautiful skin mmmmmmm mmmmm honey chile! cant wait for part 3 on monday to see TS at the height of his cracked out shenanigans
