Update on Upcoming Movies (Patreon)

Hello Everyone -

Navi here! I have been told that there have been some confusion on how movies are being selected and what is happening with all the movie polls that have been posted in the past. So, I am here to shed some light.

Our goal is to watch 3-4 top choices from each of the poll we listed this year (listing top choices from each poll below). We will be finishing up Kung Fu Panda series soon which was to test out DreamWorks trends on Youtube. We will also watch "How to Train Your Dragon" series to complete that reaction.

After Kung Fu Panda, our goal will be to watch top 4 choices from Quentin Tarantino poll, followed by top 4 picks from Studio Ghibli.

Since halloween, is around the concern, we will be watching 3 horror movies that can be released on Youtube in October. These movies are selected based on Youtube poll published few weeks ago (The Thing, IT Part 2 and Blair Witch) and will be sprinkled in between poll choices.

For Christmas/Holidays, we will be watching all Harry Potter movies, since some of us consider it holiday movies and it was winner of Movie Series poll.

If all goes as planned then this is all we would be able to watch until end of this year and will start 2024 with Pixar movies followed by Rise of the Planet of the Apes and Hunger Games. Around this time, we will publish another poll to make plans for 2024.

Bear in mind that if there is a premiere movie such as Mission Impossible 7 or Barbie, then things will be adjusted accordingly to make room for those reactions. Same if a specific team member is on PTO and they are needed then we will watch something else in between to make sure our editor has one movie per week to edit.

Hopefully this long answer will help clear some things on upcoming plan for movies.
