Arthur Bryants is Ted’s favorite sauce and probably the most famous BBQ sauce from KC so he thought it was a sign that she randomly picked that one for him. Also Amsterdam has a bigger meaning behind the show as Jason Sudeikis and Brenden Hunt (Beard) became good friends while they worked for Boom Chicago improv in Amsterdam. It is also how Brendan Hunt became a huge soccer fan - as they were there during the Euros and he supported Holland and Arsenal - that eventually led to them taking on the Ted Lasso commercials and then obviously the show.

can't wait for the rest of you Ted Lasso reactions!! I'm portuguese and live in Austria, the show isn't as famous over here, so i don't have any friends to watch it with :) the thing with the barbecue sauce in the american restaurant is a little callback/easter egg. Ted tells the waiter to choose one sauce and she gets him exactly his favourite one as shown in the 1st season when he get a package from his son with the little army men and a bottle of barbecue sauce. He even has it as the wallpaper on his computer (you can see it when he facetimes with his son and ex wife) and he always says "barbecue sauce" everytime he needs a moment of luck (before some of the players score or right before he throws the last dart against ruppert in the bar) :) this show is definitely worth going back and watching it again, the amount of easter eggs and references is unbelievable. you always find new ones :)

When Rebecca fell from the bridge she was "upside down" for moment, then "drenched" in water, but she was "safe" in the boat house with the Dutch guy. All like the psychic lady predicted.

Isaac is definitely my favorite character in this show. Glad you guys are starting to see and call out the stuff I also think makes him great. Taka = Hawk (can also mean high/height) Sumi = Sin (pretty sure it's spelled with a T though so this way could be something else)

Btw during the geisha vampire “Chō” was killed by Sypha when she was in her gaseous form and smashed
