So your confusion about Moribon is completely justified. For some reason, for the clone wars, they changed the name of the Sith home planet from Koribon to Moribon. The planet you saw is from the Knights of the Old Republic games. There is a long history of the planet in the EU.

It's "Moraband", and George Lucas was the one who decided on the new name. Apparently he liked it more than "Korriban". The in-universe explanation is that the planet had picked up several names over the years (including Pesegam), and that Moraband was just another one.
