I like that they were able to pick up on the brief voice change there. I was curious how the dub would do it since it seemed like the annunciation with Roswaal wasn't noticed.

Just a quick clearfy. Roswaal meant Echidna when he said 'teacher'. Not Ram.

I don't know if this was said but Roswaal dresses like a clown and taaaaalks like this because he's imitating the Devil of Melancholy, to never forget that battle where he was royally beaten (if you hear closely, the Devil of Melancholy talks with those enunciations).
