Well a “40 degree day” and the “criminal fucking conspiracy” line are certainly iconic but for me it’s at the end of season 1 when he’s leaving the courtroom and leans in to McNulty and says “Nicely done”.

"There go a life that had to be taken...." My favorite Stringer moment was when he confessed to Avon about putting the hit out on D'Angelo. No matter how many times i watch it back. It never fails to surprise me how easily Stringer came out with it. No one sees it coming. Oh and EVERY scene Stringer and Bodie were in together. That relationship was so much fun to watch. With Bodies brother being dead, and his pops nowhere to be found. It makes sense why he gravitated toward Stringer, and seeked his approval so much. He's taking this death every bit as hard as Jimmy. Stringer had so many lines. When D'angelo said "Where is Wallace... Where's the boy String?". Stringer calmly said "D'angelo shut your mouth". Cold-blooded

I have seen the Wire many years ago, and now I'm rewatching with the Normies uncuts. I have forgotten 95% of what happens in this show, so its kinda like watching it for the first time. And so this post was almost like a spoiler for me.

tbh still courtroom scene s1e1 where he doodling on that lil paper cool as hell just chillin at his boy’s murder trial and he so fucking casual and relaxed, just sitting there doodling not even remotely worried abt the bag bc he know he got money and he know he top dog just doodling a superhero in the middle of the trial w/ a speech bubble saying « Fuck u😘 » to McNulty and this back then when he ain’t even know him yet my man just really gave no fucks lmaooo🔥🔥 that dude too smooth from day1
