After a wild timeline hoping episode one, I appreciate that they focused back in all our original characters in this episode that survived the apocalypse in their different ways. I also feel like the actress that plays young Elizabeth has gotten more of an opportunity to showcase her acting skills in these past two episodes.

So here we see that Katarina’s mom Helene has a St. Christopher’s necklace. This is the third person we have seen with this - previously Jonas and Marta have had it. This also helps explain how Marta recognized the emblem when they found it on the beach - because of her grandmother.

There's only one picture on the wall - Jonas saw it in 2053 - Claudia is building it in 2020. Same with the tape. Claudia recorded it in 2020, Jonas listened to it in 2053.

I will say that there is no incest in the elizabeth and charlotte, elizabeth had a kid with noah, who is not part of the doppler family, and charlotte married peter who is out of her family as well. basically there is no connection between peter and noah

the problem with time traveling for me is that its hard to know if when you influence the past through time traveling do you open a new reality, kinda like a new timeline branching out into a totally new one and when you go back its to that branch not the original one, but the original keeps existing, or is it like how a lot of movies show it where its only one timeline that changes kinda like a straight line changing direction whenever you go back, its so complicated !!!!!!!!! ;)

Except this quote is from Shakespeare ("The tempest"), not from a TV show, but TV shows use quotes a lot. Same goes for "These violent delight have violent ends" ("Romeo and Juliet"). Knowing how far they go with details I'm pretty sure if we pay attention enough we can find other quotes. Edit: I forgot about "When you look at the abyss too long, the abyss looks at you" from Nietzsche.

I just wanted to say, I love your guys' reaction, and I'm never not weirded out by people instructing reactors how to react, as opposed to their honest reaction. I love that you guys are having so much fun together watching this. It's been so rough with covid ..and reactions of people not just sitting there studying the dialogue, is like a form of vicarious interaction for me. I watched this with two people the first time around and missed A LOT. and I can easily say, it was worth being Fucking confused a third of the time and trying to figure things out with them and on my own. You guys have me rolling most the time, and I love seeing you guys try to figure shit out.

Suraj argument about time travel is spot on. That's is why all those one timeline that get's altered theories don't make any sense. Multiverse with infinite realities allows for time travel and also the fact that time is fixed. Remember AoS and Endgame? Marvel uses a simplified version of that.
