There are different coin necklaces - what Jonas has was a St Christopher’s pendant. What they just showed Helge with was a pfennig coin with the year 1986 on a red string. This is also the same type of coin they find on Mads body in 2019 as well as Erik/Yasin in 53.

Also in my opinion, after Mikels experience he probably had horrible anxiety / trouble sleeping and nightmares and Ines probably just assumed he came from a bad home experience and anything he might have said otherwise would have been a coping mechanism which is why the sleeping pills

you guys are still using the wrong subtitles. use the regular English ones, not the closed captioning. go back to the first episode and watch the scene where Elizabeth hangs the guys speaking French. You actually get a translation of what they said. There are also a bunch of other mistranslations throughout.

So Nikki pretty much hit the nail on the head with how I started feeling this season. So many characters claim they want to change the cycle or stop things from happening yet they continue to listen to what people from other timelines tell them to do without question not realizing that they're just beginning a journey that will eventually put them in the position their future self is on. It baffled me that no character would try to go against the instructions their future counterparts gave them in order to actually make the changes.

we're seeing the culmination of an engineered cycle. you can imagine that cycle gets refined over time, and what we're left with is the stable cycle that perpetuates itself (with small changes). any variance gets ironed out over time to create the 'perfect' cycle, in theory

I don't remember where, but I remember someone explaining space time in a cool way that may help those that are lost. Try to imagine yourself explaining a 3 dimensional cube to a 2 dimensional being. It's pretty much the same as multiple squares, pilled up on next to the other, forming a cube. Time works similarly as a 4th dimension to us. Think about yourself getting up and walking away from your chair, since we're 3 dimensional beings, you only see yourself one moment at a time (first you're at your chair, then you're up, then you're walking), but watching it considering time as a 4th dimensional, you would see something really close to a buggy pc screen, where you can see all moments at once (like a blurry image that starts with you sitting on a chair, connects each version of you up to the point where you're walking away from the chair). Hope that makes sense lol
