A Silent Voice and Your Name for sure! Two popular recent anime movies that are very, very good. Both would be awesome for reactions. Other than that, Summer Wars is super fun, Ghost in the Shell is a sci-fi classic, and Princess Mononoke is (IMO) the best Ghibli movie, so if you haven’t seen it, definitely that one! Oh and of course, the other Naruto movies! Only as you get further in the show of course, some you can’t watch until later because of spoilers. My favorites that you can watch right now are Will of Fire (the 3rd Shippuden movie) and The Legend of the Stone of Gelel (the 2nd OG Naruto movie). Of course, Road to Ninja, The Last, and Blood Prison are also great, but you can’t watch those for quite a while lol.

Just stick to standalone anime movies and not the "Anime Show: The Movie" ones and you'll be fine... They're better in general than even the shows themselves but definitely better than the movies spun off from those shows. Ack, forgot to mention any Satoshi Kon movies! They’re all great. Millennium Actress is not just one of my favorite anime movies, but one of my favorite films of all time. Not sure if it’ll work great for reactions, honestly, but I love it too much not to recommend it. Perfect Blue would work easily though, it’s a thriller/horror movie. And Tokyo Godfathers is very fun and heartwarming, and oddly enough, a Christmas movie.

Ever naruto movie have they great moments and bring different characters into it. Shikamaru in the next , and rock lee in the third.

1. KIMI NO NA WA!!!!! (Also known as Your Name) - gotta have Rana and Suraj for that one, maybe Marketa too 2. Akira 3. Ninja Scroll 4. Redline 5. Wicked City.... perhaps 6. Grave of the fireflies....if you want to be depressed Bonus request, doesn't technically count as a movie but while I was watching it did feel like watching a movie to me. The Rurouni Kenshin (Samurai X) OVAs: Trust and Betrayal. Some of the most beautiful OVAs I've ever had the pleasure of watching.

Aww they watched the Naruto movie. This movie ha same in bits tho. It’s so ridiculous but funny. I still enjoyed it. Also really good anime movie recommendation is: 1) Your Name! 2) The Girl Who Leapt Through Time 3) A Silent Voice. Apart from Spirited Away and Howl’s Moving Castle, my fav anime movies are Your Name and The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. If you ever do Your Name then I agree with the above comments: Rana, Suraj and Marketa need to be there!!

To Nahid: The relationship between Naruto & Sasuke is shown in the Canon but it's a lot more subtle. The more obvious parts are that they've both risked their lives for each other multiple times, and Sasuke would've 100% died for him if Haku had not been such a sweetheart. They were both shown to be the only orphans in their age group. Naruto would see Sasuke sitting alone by the river at dusk, and Sasuke would look back and see Naruto taking walks alone. In a way knowing that you are not alone in your suffering can be a sort of relief, and create a connection between 2 people. There are smaller moments too. -Sasuke shared his food with him cause he thought of him as an important part of the team. -In the land of waves when Naruto didn't return home Sasuke said he was "going out for a walk" but he went to go see if Naruto was okay. -When everyone else looked at Naruto as a wimp and thought they could beat him easily (such as Kiba and everyone else in the Chunin Exam Preliminaries, even most of the Teachers,) Sasuke was the only one who acknowledged his strength by saying that Naruto was one of the people he wanted to fight the most. (This was after Sasuke's monologue of him wanting to fight the strongest people in the tournament to test his own strength and compare it to Itachi) -During Gaara's attack he called Naruto & Sakura his "trusted comrades" and was willing to lay down his life and dream of killing Itachi if it meant Naruto could get himself and Sakura to safety. -When Itachi appeared Sasuke was worried about Naruto and went off in a wild frenzy to try to and find him. It was only AFTER Itachi's attack and Tsukiyomi (where Sasuke had to relive his family being massacred again for 24 hours straight,) that Sasuke became increasingly more enraged and unhinged. This is an important fact to remember because everyone blames Sasuke for being the way he is when in fact he is a victim of these circumstances. Circumstances brought on by Itachi Uchiha, the mass murderer.

The next Naruto film worth watching imo is Bonds. And if you're going to watch it you should try to do it soon since you're right where it's placed in the timeline. But imo most of the films aren't very good and are mostly just filler/fan service.

People need to be reminded that they're still only at Sasuke Shippuden. Watching the Naruto Shippuden movies out of order will spoil the anime for them. Suraj knows there's only 2 canon movies and when to watch them. Other than that, carry on with the movie suggestions. Personally, I want to see them react to Miyazaki films and Akira.

unfortunately you guys were talking over the entire dialogue where they mentioned that there once was a railway system but it has be covered with ice due to the lack of spring... one of the ninjas used their chakra heat up the rails to thaw the ice they did not make a train or a bridge SMH JESUS lol

Naruto only has 2 other movies while the Shippuden movies can be watched later. And its better to watch the Boruto movie first before watching the series if you move on to that

Since you guys are hesitant to start one piece maybe try movie 6 - Baron Omatsuri and the Secret Island. It encapsulates the feeling of the show fairly well and good art and surprisingly good plot with some good and dark twist.s
