To answer Chris and Suraj's star wars music question, Ahsoka does indeed have her own theme music from Clone Wars and it is used in this episode. It was composed by Kevin Kiner who did most of the music from Clone Wars. I think it was very cool of Ludwig to reuse it in The Mandalorian. You can hear a version of it around 41:00 minutes into the episode.

Did anyone see the OWL. This episode gave us so much and foreshadow Ezra or Sabine arrival. Also thawn !!!! What. I just got into this show so much more now.

Earlier than that, you can hear Ahsoka's theme when she first confronts the Magistrate during the cold open around 4 minutes in.

time isn't unlimited. mando currently takes up a slot, and is star wars based and not everyone likes star wars. replacing it makes sense, should take them up (possibly through) mando s3 :)
