Keep in mind this isn’t a criminal court room. It’s a bar association hearing to determine whether or not Jimmy should keep his law license. Jimmy already confessed to his Federal B&E crimes last episode.

I love how we were all meant to hate on Chuck's character, especially during his rant about Jimmy but everything he said about him was 100% the truth.

A disconnected battery would have no current even if it is fully charged since there is no load therefore by his own description of his illness would not be harmful. It happens too fast for him to comprehend though and he loses it anyway because it was never about electricity or whatever bs he was throwing out; it was about his mental health and fractured relationship with his family and Rebecca.

Insane how the show makes you hate Chuck despite the fact that he is 100% right about Jimmy. No matter how many chances he's given Jimmy always turns back to crime.

I love that Jimmy and Chuck faced off by both using a mix of deceit and actual lawyer work. They're so much more similar than any of them realizes.
