Glad to see you're still enjoying the universe of Avatar

You'll have the explanation about "that" avatar in due time haha just try to enjoy the upcoming episodes.

Drew

In his defense he's not trying to "destroy their culture" he is trying to restore their culture that was destroyed a long time ago. I don't agree with how he is doing it, but he's not trying to destroy anything.

Adam is Magic

Can you upload the 2 parters of the season especially Beginnings on the same day?

Anonymous

The animation studio used for the first half of Book 2 is not the same one that animated Book 1. This is why the animation looks different. The original animators return for the second half of Book 2, as well as for all of Books 3 and 4.

Andrea C.

Wow I didn’t even think about that! Beginnings HAS to be uploaded together, it shouldn’t even be considered two parts just one long mini movie of its own.

Burooj Ahanger

the spirit calming bending that her uncle does, if you notice, the light it glows is very similar to the light that comes from water thats being used for healing. in my head canon atleast, Unalaq is basically trying to "heal" the spirits using the water.

Burooj Ahanger

korra's character regresses so much this season. uggh

slvr572

No, she doesn't. She's a still a teenager. And she's dealing with problems and stresses that any teenager would struggle to deal with. She makes mistakes, we all do, deal with it.

Phonic Reassignment

um no one has the ability to control actual spirits ..... The spirits cant be used

tbf the animation in this episode in particular looks pretty good!

TBH they wrote her character from 2,3,4 very good I loved her character development. The problem was they didn’t care about developing the other characters

4Tom4lepus4

No spoilers about anything please, just delete it

Why dose Nahieed have his own echo? Lol I hope I spelled his name right.

Lalisa Truong

Maybe when it came to Bolin and Asami, but I think the other characters were developed pretty well this season.

You guys should really consider uploading 2-parters, otherwise Begginings is going to be tedious

Anonymous

good idea for not reading the comments, some people spoil a lot of it

Adam Vialpando

I had no idea Tonraq was played by James Remar, but it seems so obvious now when I listen to him. Like when I found out J. K. Simmons played Tenzin. I loved Nahid's face when he found out though.

I vote for two episodes per week. :)))). I'm not sure if you guys read all the comments but hopefully we get a spring gift by giving us 2 chapters per week for the month of April fools. But seriously at least for the week of Spring break. lol.. :).

Jose

YESSSSS I AGREEEEEEEE I REALLLY WANT THEM TO UPLOAD BOTH OF THEM!!!! sry ahaha

Jose

I can't wait for them to find out everything at the end of the book. It's going to get REALLLYYY INTERESTING by the time they get to it. HYPPPEEEEEEEEE

Jose

And please don't get too frustrated with korra because she is not touched with her spiritual side, you just need to be patient with her just like Aang needed to develop his bending throughout the series. One of the reasons why Korra wasn't touched with her spiritual side is because if you think about it, like Unalaq said, the Southern Water Tribe lost their spiritual culture ways due to the 100-year war(The war during Aang's time), so since Korra is from the Southern Water Tribe, she was raised mostly by her physical side rather than her spiritual one.

Gene Bookwalter

If Aaron Ehasz and his wife Elizabeth were still on board ,korra would be as relatable as desert Aang. Sadly bryke are idea men like lucas and cant execute concepts well.

4Tom4lepus4

But Aang was only relatable in the desert, whereas Korra was relatable for most of the show...

Gene Bookwalter

Unless you're a korra fanboy no she wasn't. The writers made us understand why aang had his freakout moments where you can provide evidence from the series. Korra rages and we're supposed to grasp at straws to understand. No indepth explanation just headcanon to damage control poor writing. This is coming from someone who prefers zuko to aang.

Watching this episode has me hyped for Beginnings

Anonymous

They wrote Korra's character really shitty the first 6 episodes but once it's over she has some great character development.

Eska is voiced by Aubrey Plaza!

KP

Can I request that episodes 7&8 of this season be uploading together?? Just because you know its THAT episode!!! Just my cents. thanks for the early uploads you guys!

Lalisa Truong

She isn't just mad "just because" though. Her reasons for being mad at both Tenzin or Tonraq is already given (e.g. feeling hurt and betrayed after finding out who really isolated her in that compound, keeping secrets from her, feeling held back, etc). Her anger at Mako on the other hand, that's different and I honestly feel bad for the guy.

thenormies

Hey everyone. I think we are closing in on posting one of the two parters at the same time this season! Most likely it will be the second Two Parter and not the Civil Wars two parter!

Anthony

That's acceptable. Thanks! The Civil Wars one isn't really memorable anyway.

Wee fact. The southern lights (here on earth at least) are called the aurora australis.
