Register/Unregister keyframes

You can register a bone as a keyframe when it is not key for current frame.

You can unregister a bone when it is key for the current frame.

UI changes:

Seperated Keyframe UI from Model Adjustment UI to avoid confusion

Displayed more information about bone in the text field

Removed vmd-irrelevant bones

Moved fingerbones to the end of the tree

Removed fractional quick buttons of the play bar

Fixed scrollbar problem with mouse wheels
