i like to visualise my aura lighting up a warm gold (think sunshine through a leaded pane) comfortable warm glow especially going into interviews to help make people friendly and comfortable

I feel you can really feel the difference this makes, particularly if you aim to sustain it for a number of days or weeks.

I like drawing on the Carnal and the Sun's sigils on me in pheromone oil. Otherwise I think I just as I do my makeup and hair, with the thought that all the lights are on inside me and I shine so it's hard for people not to notice or look at me. Sorta the whole becoming "her" moment that is in association with Marilyn Monroe. It is exhausting as I'm completely tired by night end.

I've never gotten along well with doctors; rarely agreed with their conclusions. In later years, I've realized that I'd developed a subconscious intention to mask all of my symptoms and get an 'all clear' whenever I go for tests. Works every time. At the eye doctor yesterday I had to purposefully set the intention that I would not interfere with the results - that I wanted to know what his findings and diagnosis are. His advice was good. :)
