There is a cool feature in Clip Studio: Paint where you can set up a 3D model to help you get your pose correct. The downside is that these 3D models can be quite lifeless so you can't totally rely on them for dynamic drawings. But they certainly help. You can even load in a photo and the app will try to mimic it - which is cool if you like a particular pose but want to have it from a different angle.

Anyway, here's a bit of me using this feature and the various versions. You can see in the blue line drawing where I was trying to get "movement" to happen. After the blue layer I would do final inks.

The last photo is just all the layers switched on at once to show you.

Yeah these are tough as 3d modeling is a separate skill. Looks like you're using it pretty well tho!

Yea, it's tricky alright. I've used Daz3D and blender before but never fully got to grips with it all.
