[RECIPE DESCRIPTION]

1. Monaka With Ice Cream : Vegetarian-Safe. It is a Japanese sweets made with red bean paste and vanilla ice cream between the shells of baked thin crisp wafers made of glutinous rice.

2. Yakgwa With Ice Cream : Vegetarian-Safe. A Korean confectionary made by pressing dough made with wheat flour, honey and oil into molds and frying or deep-frying the molded dough pieces.

3. Injeolmi : Vegetarian-Safe, Lactose Free. Steamed glutinous rice pounded in a mortar shaped into small pieces and covered with various coating powders. Bean powder is most commonly used for this type of rice cake.

4. Nerikiri Wagashi : Vegetarian-Safe, Lactose Free. Nerikiri Wagashi is a traditional Japanese dessert made in the form of flowers or leaves shape with dough consisting of sweet white bean paste and glutinous rice flour.

5. Khao Mao Tod : Vegetarian-Safe, Lactose Free. It is a Thai dessert that is fried with glutinous rice wrapped in bananas.

6. Khao Niew Ma Muang : Vegetarian-Safe, Lactose Free. Khao Niew Ma Muang is a traditional Thai dessert made with glutinous rice, fresh mango and coconut milk.
