Sons of Hodir:

To start gaining Reputation with the Sons of Hodir you must first start the initial Quest Chain.

Step 1:

This can be done by making your way over towards K3 in the Storm Peaks and Speaking to Gretchen Fizzlespark.

Step 2: 

She will then offer you the quest, They Took Our Men!

By following this Questchain you will unlock the Sons of Hodir Reputation.

Step 3: 

Complete the Quests until you reach the Daily Quests which you have the option to stop and just do those to Exalted.

However, this is not the fastest way so Step 4 is required.

Step 4:

You will be given the Repeatable Quests, Hodir's Tribute

This requires you to turn in 10x Relic of Ulduar

Your reward for each completion is 650 Rep with the Sons of Hodir.

Step 5: 

You can either buy Relic of Ulduar

off of the Auction house.

But if supply is low you can farm them from the Halls of Lightning Dungeon in the Storm Peaks.

one full clear will give you a bunch of Relics, doing this on normal will make it so you can repeat this run 10 times per hour.
