Getting Started:

Our main Objective is to complete the Chain quests in Howling Fjord, Dragonblight and the Borean Tundra.

Step 1: 

Complete the Quest chain in Howling Fjord.

You will need to Complete the Quests in Borean Tundra.

Step 3:

This will lead you to Elder Ko'nani <Chieftain of the Dragonblight Kalu'ak>,

This is where you'll be able to finish all of the quests and along with that open up the dailies.
