This week we will be going over markets that are doing well over the past month and should be doing better into the future so you can prepare for upcoming gold.
1. Dune Scavenger / Goldenmane
As We are over a month into the new Expac prices of stockpiled mounts are starting to go back up and we are seeing some nice returns when it comes to this. The mounts that across the board are performing well are the Dune Scavenger and the Goldenmane mounts these are tending to go up in value and are staying at the same sell rate as they did in BFA. This is probably a good time to check these mount to see when they were purchased and see on your servers if you can sell them on yet. But by judging through an overview at this moment we are seeing them go up in value as markets are being reset across multiple servers.
2. Enchanted Mats
If you have Enchanting at this moment a lot of the Enchanted Materials are still holding strong for crafting as these are used in a lot of high end crafts and this seem to not be slowing down anytime soon. I will however state that until more and more people start twigging on to get in on it now before prices start to stabilize. Enchanting does cost a large upfront investment but getting in on it early is more worth the investment early on then later in the expac.
3. Prospecting
Overall I am finding that Prospecting is still holding good on price due to not the gems but because of the high value behind them which are the Essences which tend to go for a strong amount of gold moving forward. The item of not for prospecting is definitely “Essence of Rebirth” as this tends to go for the most. Of course this is rng but you are able to see if it is worth it to do if you are using the current version of worthit which will do the calculation for you. However I would still keep an eye on prices and I tend to do the prospecting on Mondays as thats typically when Laestrite ore drops in prices which gives me more lee way when trying to sell these on and still make a profit.
4. Glyph Price Increases
Across most servers I have seen that Glyphs have jumped up in price and this is definitely expected due to the new ink trader. This is quite nice to see but the thing I have noticed is that Shadowlands Herbs are still dropping in prices which is making it viable again to buy from the vendor to craft your glyphs and with the influx of people buying glyphs across the board there is no supersize that there is some good gold to be made in this area and moving forward. The only thing I would say is to keep in mind what is the market doing for inks in relation to your server before crafting as some servers my take a little longer to balance out than other ( i.e. Low – Lowmed Pop's )
5. Crafted Legendaries
In regards to crafted Legendaries I would say if you are wanting to chase the gold in this market is if you are going to get into then I suggest going with the one with highest upside. By judging the markets across US and EU servers we can see that the Crafted Tailoring is providing the best in relation to frequency of sales but we can also see that Blacksmithing wins in the price per item. So the question to ask is if you are wanting High volume of sales with slightly less profit or going with something that sells for more but takes a little longer. In my opinion Patience wins every time so I would suggest Blacksmithing for crafted Legendaries but i'm putting it out there that Tailoring is a good bet as well.
