When Gold Making Youtubers or Reddit Posts about a high performing area in the market you can usually see a noticeable drop in price a couple of days after. this is because people will be jumping on that farm. if you are wanting to farm something like this i would wait a month for that market to go back to baceline before farming. this also goes for buying as well when these farms gain traction and the price goes down you can actually buyout the cheap mats and resell after about a month for a profit
