Hello, everyone!

In what was really the most wonderful birthday present, we reached a new funding goal! I can't begin to tell you what this means to our household and our anxious artist hearts--thank you so much, and thank you for sticking with me in such a horrid time for us all. I will try to be worth it!

To that end, new goal means new features!

This is how it's going to work, starting this very cycle.

I'll be adding a (funny and fun, I promise) review of something I watched, read, or played over the month to the basic monthly Experiment (which right now consists of the recipe + essay for the $5 tier and up).

$20 patrons will get to make requests--although I will limit that to watching and playing things. If I let you guys tell me what to read I'll never get out from under the bookpile to the stuff I have to read to blurb and for pleasure. I can watch or play something much more quickly and easily, and if I don't like it, well...I don't work with anybody who created it and won't get in trouble for saying so.

I also thought I would put up a poll and everyone of every level can choose which among 2-4 things what I consumed gets the review!

Finally, I put up a new stretch goal reward, just in case. At the next goal, I'll add to the monthly experiment an original "postcard" written by one of my characters (anyone from any book, there are hundreds and we'll never run out).

Thank you again, to all of you. Your support allows us to live and eat and create, and in no language on Earth is there a sufficient word for thanks. But thank you anyway, for everything, and always.

oommmogggoossshhh. I want post cards so back. (I want to put them where I keep my carefully kept collection of all your letters and their carefully broken/lifted, but never lost, wax seals.) <3 <3 <3

So thrilled I found you on here. Rewards are great but really we all just love reading and celebrating the uniqueness of you breathing magic into words that dance of the page. Thank you so much for the nightly readings. I can't always make it as I am up early working from home in the rather boring world of book data but I always look forward to listening afresh or again as I work. I find your writing always acts like loose incense tossed into the burning charcoal, you breath in the amor of the scent then it coils it's smoke through you. You both enchant and wake up all the cells. Recipes are yummy too. That touch of decadence we all need right now! Lots of love xxx
