And here, my current concept for the final phase of the final boss, that being the Gestating Heart and the Heart of Darkness.

And with that I am now done with the enemy concepts, for the time being at least!

I like the design with how they are kinda separate. In the original artwork, the ancestor is more a part of it and basically controlling it(or they are a combined being?) I also love the pose abs arrogant attitude you gave the ancestor. Really captures the haughty overconfident bitchy type.
