While the design over-all looks great, I feel like something is missing with her facial expression, not quite mad/hateful enough for the relentless vitriol and self-righteous rage the Fanatic is usually known for. Perhaps something could be done with the eyes? Contracted, fiery pupils shaded by a stern scowl, maybe?

I might tweak her facial expression, maybe just tweaking the hair to make her eyebrows more visible might be enough.

Actually yeah I think the wide eyes with visible furrowed brow would get the right effect quite well

I think its neat shes ended up looking like the flame cultists from DD2 just without the melty skin

not 100% sure yet, but probably something like a vague humanoid shape being groped by the elemental, obscured by the flame.

Perhaps you could stick to the original person-in-bag concept, only while having the victims proportions "fill out" said bag more. Perhaps throw some bondage in there to accentuate that effect as well, like with the Prophet's Pews. Or hell, if you wanna be really kinky you could have the victim be strung up inside a full-body gimp suit.
