Hi all!

The devs at ESDE released a new version while I was out on vacation so we couldn't update EmuDeck with it. Now you can update ESDE from Manage Emulators -> EmulationStation -> Reinstall/Update

Will you be adding the ability to update Yuzu to EA with Patreon info, similar to Steam Deck?

This doesn't update probably. Mentioned this a few weeks back that this happens no matter how much I try to update from the Emudeck app. I just updated and get a message saying "New Release Available 2.21 (2023-07-16) Can now be downloaded from Https://ES-DE.ORG" When I open the Emudeck App the EmulationStation option doesn't even show the little exclamation blinking icon saying that an update is available. All other Emulators have the exclamation point when an update is available, but never EmulationStation. Any ideas?

The exclamation is for EmuDeck configurations, not for the emulators. Can you test it again? Just tested on an old installation and it worked

Same thing. Even checked the Emulation\tools\EmulationStation-DE folder and the date modified for EmulationStation says 3/11/2023 which was the day I first installed Emudeck on my Ayaneo 2 for Windows. Is it supposed to overwrite the old version? If it is, then it's not working for some reason. Do I have to update all configurations for all emulators? I would rather not since that will change the settings that I had to set for all my emulators and I will need to redo them.

Thanks. Just deleted, and reinstalled EmulationStation through the Emudeck app and still the same thing. It reinstalled all of my previous folders and the previous EmulationStation app which is an outdated version. This is the weirdest thing considering I deleted the whole folder, and yet it still reinstalled the old version of the folder. No clue what to do.

Is there a reason that screen scraping in emulation station on rog ally keeps losing box art or reverts to a different one after having changed it? Also mupen64 plus next stopped loading rooms so had to use parallel instead.Everything is up to date including retroarch cores. Any ideas?

Is there a way to prove it as the sd card is new and for emulation Station only. Do I have to re-format or replace as all the roms play OK it just seems to be the box art
