Since you are getting close to the end of Fish-Man Island, I will recommend once again to watch Film: Z when you finish the arc but before you start the new one. It's one of the best movies and that is the best time to watch it. There is also a short called Glorious Island that you should watch. It leads right into Film: Z and ties into it nicely. It is also easy to find and not too long.

I love it. You think Decken is going to is going to do something cool? No. His level of danger is rivaled only by his stupidity. Truly, him accidently knocking himself out to increase the stakes is just the kind of thing Oda loves to pull.

I would still watch Glorious Island. It's pretty short at only 10 minutes plus it is right up their alley with the fan service.

And if you want you can watch the TV-special 3D2Y after finishing fishman island arc. This TV-Special takes place in between the 2 year timeskip and shows luffy's training (no spoilers in this movie of course, except for the credits! If you watch the movie, don't watch the credits!) I personally would watch this movie before Film Z.

After all these years, I am still annoyed how all the guys get a fight while Robin and Nami just get the fodder. It's like "Oh, the girls can only fight against other girls, but these fishmen don't have girls on their crew, so Robin and Nami won't get a major fight at all". I think Robin's fight against that priest in Skypeia is the only case in One Piece of a woman having a fight against a major male enemy and winning.

18:16 and 32:40, were the time frames when the video was frozen for like a dozen seconds. It wasn’t a big deal but thought I would let you know. Sucks that this keeps on happening. Thank you so much for the reactions hopefully you guys will find a solution to the frozen screen soon.

I guess, but those are two different complaints, the first one being that Robin and Nami only fight fodder when there's no female enemy, and the second one being a female character in one piece fighting against a major male enemy and winning. Even in Enies lobby when they switch who they were fighting, Nami was fighting Kumadori. Boa Hancock was fighting all males during marineford, now it's up to you if you at that point in the story consider pacifistas and vice admirals major male enemies. During Thriller Bark everyone fights Oars and Moria. Obviously, this was an enemy but Miss Merry Christmas was fighting Chopper and Usopp. But, I 100% see where you're coming from. Personally, I would love if they got more fights in general as well. *SPOILERS FOR THE CURRENT AND PREVIOUS MANGA ARC* Kiku fights Kaido and Kanjuro, yes Kiku counts. Obviously, she does lose against Kaido, but she wins against Kanjuro the first time but loses the second time. During Egghead, Stussy literally beats Lucci. During Wano, Big mom fights Kaido (we don't know who won)

Yeah I kinda forgot about Boa, but I also was just thinking about major fights. In Marineford everyone was kinda skirmishing with everyone else. I realize that there are probably a few exceptions and that I was overgeneralizing, but the trend is there. Nami was bodied by Kumadori and was accidentally saved by Chopper, before switching to Kalifa. And that spoiler was sadly just a sneak attack. I think I am just a little disappointed that, as much as Oda has fantastic female characters, the fights often feel weirdly gendered. Women often don't get major fights all that much, and if they do, it's only against the women from the other team, or they need to be protected by the guys. Like in these episodes, Robin and Nami need to be rescued by Zoro or Brook and Franky, even though they should be strong enough to not need them.

Hordy is a literal monster, but I feel like he's not seen as much of a threat BECAUSE of how much stronger the crew is now. If they had faced him earlier, he'd be much more intimidating.
