Yeah, things always tend to pick up with BC. Animation isnt necesarily bad due to other projects being in the works, more so due to time and how unprepared the BC studio was to continue a weekly show which is why they outsourced a lot of work to other studios. Also would recommending episodes that you should watch in blu ray be fine? If so I recommend episode 63 to be watched in blu ray (it'll help a bit)

As always a great reaction. I would like to remind you that there are episodes coming up that have important clips during and/or after the end credits. Plus a “Recap” episode that actually has very important scene in the last few minutes. Episodes 100, 116 and 120 all have important clips during and after the end credits. 100 during the first few seconds of the song. Just something neat to witness. 116 after the end credit scene is a clip and 120 during and after the song. Episode 102 is canon for the first 5 minutes, then goes to recap for about 10-12 minutes and the last 5-7 minutes is canon again. The last 7 minutes NEEDS to be scene. If you skip any of theses scenes you will have major WTF moments in the following episode.

The Witches Forest arc(Vanessa arc) has major split reviews, either people love it or hate it. I thought it was pretty good, but its the last slow arc of the anime. The next arc(Finral arc) is one of my all time favorites, and is when the plot goes into hyperdive and it's nonstop action and plot twists!

Yeah crunchyroll BC episodes are same kind that showed weekly in Japan TV thats why quality isn't great. If you want top quality BC watch blueray version. Studio fixed the art and animations for their bluray release. This arch is insane, as for when to watch the opening. Unfortunately you will spoiled if you watch it even at the last episode of the arch. So if you don't mind finishing the arch then watching it, that would be best. But if you don't want to wait, and don't care for spoilers you can watch it at any point but they are kind of big spoilers just as a heads up.
