Fun fact! The part where Jolyne runs at Pucci in the OP perfectly mirrors Jonathan running at Dio in opening 1. It came full circle.

Are you using the CC english subs ? It feels like it with how inacurate some lines are since closed captions are not the actual japanese translation but are the lines used in the dub instead. Netflix often has both the CC eng subs and the normal ones so you should pick the latter.
