PURE ONYX - December 4 Release for all tiers! (Patreon)

Hey guys!

I've made the December 4 Inner Circle test release of Pure Onyx available to all tiers.

We've updated the release with the following changes: 

• Fixed the issue with Street Lord Wraxe getting stuck offscreen when spawning.  
• Reduced Wraxe's wait time between actions 20-30% (he stands around idle less)
• We've re-added the shop from the first test map that was accidentally removed.
