thanks for the reaction! too bad the subs are off or missing. Sorry to insist but please use videos from bangtan subs channel. you can search on their yt channel (they have playlists) or search "title of the video + bangtan subs" on yt. Inaccurate subs really hinder the experience

No they will not do a full english album. RM has always said we are korean and we have always done korean mixed with a little bit of english. They will no stray from their roots and a lot of ARMY actually don't want a full english album

The boys have always been asked whether they will be making any full English album but the common consensus is that they probably will not as there is no such plans in the future. They are proud being Korean and delivering their message in their own native language. And I think ARMY feels their authenticity as well singing in Korean. But that doesn’t stop them from actually diving into releasing English singles either as their solo projects or collabs with other artistes which is great cos we can still see their versatility.

No, they won't come out with an English album. :) It's the number one question they're asked by western outlets. They've said that they're going to get their message out in their native language. They're all Korean and they're going to continue to sing in Korean. Only 1 member is fluent in English and they've proven that they don't need to be singing in English to touch people. So it makes sense for that their message will be in its truest form in their native language.

In future I would recommend Bangtan Subs for translated videos. Concerning BTS releasing a full english album (trying not to get triggered because I like you lol) Why does no one ask why Beyonce hasn't released a whole album in Chinese, or french etc? Because she speaks english. BTS are korean so why should they try to release an album in a language that most of them can't speak? You aren't the first person to ask and it just really annoys me sometimes how native english speakers see the english language as superior. It comes across sometimes (not you) that BTS are being put down for not being more fluent in english despite the fact that the majority of people who do that have probably never attempted to learn another language before and also have no intention of learning as in their ignorant minds the whole world should speak english to make it easier for them.

RM has a genius IQ. He tested into the top 3% for IQ levels. He learned English on his own. He said he would watch American TV shows (especially Friends) and he would watch it 3 times. First time with Korean Subtitles, the next time with English Subtitles, and the Third time without subtitles. :) This method is really good. I did similar things when I was self-learning Korean.

RM used to be on a korean talk show variety program called 'Problematic Men' that brought together a group of 6 men, all of whom were considered to have 'hot brains' to solve a series of difficult questions. That's why you'll often see old clips of BTS members (Jin) saying they love RM's 'sexy brain' 🙂🙂🙂

Yeah its really effective method. I got the basic english from school, but only after I started watching more tv series etc in english I quickly got much better and picked up "naturally" how the language works.

Well… u know an era is a frame of time… N.O is one of their songs… the N.O era is the time frame when they had that vid out… usually when we see a picture we recognize the style from an era & we say like for example "oh, this photo is from the Blood, Sweat & Tears era" or "during the Wings era they used to talk about that topic" & so on🤷🏻‍♀️ So therefore, Jimin cut his hair & it looked like it used to while they were recording the N.O mv Ps: Wings is an album

With NO era they refer to the era of their album O!RUL8,2 (oh are you late too) as N.O. was the title track of it, this was back in 2013. Correct me though if I'm wrong, as I'm newer army^^ N.O. is one of my favourite songs and MV's of them, you should definitely check it out. Oh also I think you saw them perform N.O. in their 2019 MAMA show

To answer your question regarding the airlines, its Korean Air. To clarify, they were not dancing at the airport btw, 😅 they were having an interview. Fun fact, they met Drake at the BBMAS backstage in 2019.

They don't have all English albums and I believe they won't ever do that actually. What's admirable about BTS is that they stick to their origins and don't do certain things even though it would benefit them in terms of popularity. That's why they're so influential, the fact that all of their songs are in Korean but they can still excel in a country like America. They believe a part of their career is to promote their nation and prove music is universal. That's something they're stubborn about and I fully support. Moreover, don't forget that BTS write their own songs and lyrics. If the song is in English, it would lose authenticity because many of the members wouldn't be able to write them. What's most important to them in music is the ability to deliver messages and sincerity. It would be hard to perform their songs with sincerity if they aren't even able to write their own lyrics

1) At 4:30, V didn't wear one contact. He filmed himself using night mode, that's why his iris looked like that. 2) The N.O era means the period of time they released the title track "N.O" until they done promote it in 2013. In the video, they meant their hairstyles looked similar to the hairstyles while promoting N.O. Both bts and army use "era" to mark off their different album release in the 7-year career. 3) As many people have mentioned already, they will not release any english album. More like they don't need to do that and we armys don't need english albums from them, either. For future reactions of bts episodes & bangtan bombs, please look up the channel Bangtan subs. Looking forward to the 2018 and 2019 episodes :)

Justin Bieber had won Top Social Artist five years running, so it was big for BTS to win. Social, meaning social media - YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc. They have the largest engagement, views, followers, etc. They have since won it two more times.

BTS have never done an all English album and they probably never will, they haven't even done a single all english song, except for the one they did with Steve Aoki for Steve Aoki's album and it had only 2 of the members. BTS have said it before, but they are a Korean group with 7 Korean members from a Korean company with Korean speaking members and Korean songs, and they don't want to lose their artistic integrity for a quick buck in america.

I know it makes sense now, but you have to understand how HUGE it was back then, most people's only encounter with K-Pop was Gangman Style at that point. No Korean artist had ever even been invited, let alone nominated for any award. Even on the red carpet, a lot of people didn't know who they were. Top Social Artists is an award based on engagements on SNS (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) which Justin Bieber had been winning for 6 years straight before them. This is why you will often see the distinction between "fanbase" and "active fanbase", this is why Katy Perry for example has 100M followers on Twitter but isn't on BB's top social chart while BTS IS even though they only have 23.9M followers. ARMY is always active (we have endless amounts of content which definitely helps) which I'm sure you can definitely tell on Twitter.

Also when it comes to Namjoon's English I wouldn't give all the credit to FRIENDS lol, but it definitely helps, I'm from Mexico and my first language is obviously Spanish but I learned English by watching movies/series and listening to music in Engish since I was a kid so it's definitely possible.

Bts made history at this point and going forward. This was the first time a korean group attended and won an American music award. After this they got to perform at the AMAs and became the first Korean group to ever perform on an American stage.💜💜They were really nervous but every year they got bigger and bigger.This is the order of them attending the award shows bbmas2017,AMAs,bbmas2018,Grammys 2019, bbmas2019 and Grammys 2020.They also became the first korean artist to be at the Grammys and the suits they wore at the Grammys are now at the famous Grammy museum💜

English is usually included in Korea's education curriculum and a comprehension test must be taken in order to get into universities, but I think RM's English is better than the other members because he likely had an interest in the language from a young age while watching Friends.

Hi ^^ So, I have been following you on Youtube since your first reaction of BTS, I think I never left a comment, not because I didn't want to, but because I didn't felt the need to say what everyone was already telling you lol. But as I watch you grow with BTS and since we are near the comeback on the 21st February, I wanted to suggest you to actually fall deeper in the BTS storyline. Either by watching the MVs 1- I Need You Original Version 2- On Stage Prologue 3- Run 4- Epilogue Young Forever 5 Wings Short Films (1 to 7) 6- BS&T (You already did) 7- Highlight Reels 8- Fake love (Also did) and then the all Map of the Soul concept. There's also a bunch of VCR videos some posters as well as their performances...Yes BTS love to drive us crazy. But I think it would be a hassle to do any of this and probably too long, so maybe you can watch this video explanation of the BTS storyline, keeping in mind that this is fictional and none of it has happened, it might be confusing but it will help you understand the next comeback..Or not, depends on how the guys are planning to wreck us lmao. But since you have an eye for Art, I think you might enjoy trying to get the hints or the little things that will probably be thrown at us during the video. If you want more, you can actually watch all her explanations and theories. The story is mind blowing. they said they just want to enjoy the ride and not think of appealing to the media too much and they are very proud of their background, their language and their country so i hiiiiighly doubt they would ever drop an english album (someone asked them if they would make a whole album in english in 2017 and they seemed very angry at that question)

I think you'd enjoy the other behind the scenes videos of each time they've come back to the US for award shows. Each time it's been for something better, but what hasn't changed has been their humble attitudes about it. They still genuinely enjoy the experience. I do remember them going to the Billboards for the first time and me and my friends made an event of it lol we had the magenta carpet going on on one friend's phone while the other was looking through tweets about it happening in real time. Lord knows I've never been so into an award show until then. Had to see my boys. It was the best time. They really stole everyone's attention, especially when fans started screaming for them. I loved that for them. <33

RM learned english from watching the sitcom friends. It seems impossible or really difficult but it is possible. It just takes a lot of self-discipline and research. I can speak a decent amount of korean from watching korean dramas, taking scripts and translating them. Writing Korean is mostly memorization. it is the forming of words and sentences that can be really hard because Hangul (Korean) is structured completly opposite of english.

Why question of the English album? That's the point of KPOP/BTS. Their uniqueness. If they come out with an English album then they just be another boyband. RM and the boys said it over and over that they will never have a full English album.

You have to understand that BTS were the first KPOP/singers ever got invited to BBMA. There were no other groups or singers before them. The boys had no one to ask about the BBMA and how they should react.

We would like you to understand that even after the award show they were invited to a party hosted only for those who won the wards but they choose to go back to their hotel and did a vlive for us army.
