Weekly Journal (April 10th) (Patreon)

Hey there! Quite a few new faces here after this most recent upload, so welcome! I try to respond to comments on Patreon as much as possible and the people here are lovely to talk to. So if you're new here, don't be shy :)

Got some fresh bloopers and behind the scenes tidbits here for you, so have fun with that haha. A couple of updates:

-First of all, thank you so incredibly much. This video felt like a huge rebound after the Outer Wilds video both on the creative front and the actual YouTube side of things. It's performing quite well and more importantly, people seem to be absolutely dazzled and moved by this one which makes me feel very warm and fuzzy. So thank you all so very much for the kind words.

-I'll be headed out of town for a vacation in a few days! The wife and I are taking a big road trip, so I'll be off the grid for a bit. I might post pictures on here for funsies like I did last time, but just fyi, I'll be out for a bit. Very much looking forward to unplugging.

-The next video WILL however still come out in time, I'm looking at dropping it on May 6th, a week before Tears of the Kingdom comes out. It is about TOTK and, well, new games overall tbh. So look forward to that! It also WILL be shorter damnit. The subject matter demands it this time. Very contained topic that I think we can all learn from. This was sort of a planned Psych of Play a few months back that I still want to make. Look for a punchier, lighter, funnier, more educational vid this time around, then in June we're probably headed right back to a feels-trip haha.
