I always liked the reveal in the last shot of the episode. Thor said that he was leaving earlier, but he actually stayed in orbit to make sure things worked out.

Sho'vah means Traitor. Since Telal'c turned on Apophous he is considered a traitor.

Right. This is also my interpretation of this shot. Thor said he would leave, but his ship remained in orbit until the end. Therefore, he knew that something would happen. I mean come on, those guys can beam anyone anywhere and they can detect any weapon from their spaceship, they probably knew that one Goa'uld had a camouflage technology and was violating the terms of the meeting. And since they seem to know the Goa'uld very well, they knew that other Goa'uld would be jealous that she didn't share that technology. Therefore, all the elements were there for humans to capitalize on this for their own advantage in the negociations.
