Neo-Nazis are dicks by any yard stick you care to measure them by. And KJKM is just an idiot looking for fame at any cost, except to herself. Kiwis- you done good.

One way I can really see that the right is panicking because they are slowly losing power is here, in Switzerland, with the right wing party SVP (Swiss "National" Party) who, more and more, are doubling down on these exact same fascistic ideas the last months. Yes, they are still the highest represented party in Switzerland but they clearly feel they are losing that power and it's so good. Also, they put up an anti-LGBTQIA+ poster and immediately had to take it down because they are so incredibly dumb and out of touch that they added the straight marriage symbol on there as well. That just made me laugh a bit too hard but gosh is it satisfying to see them fail. Some party of the people, they say no to everything except garbage anti-migrant policies they set up. Clearly have no interest in the benefit of the country. Hope is out there, it's just slow to catch on ❤️

I'm copying from the main channel: As an older, poorer, disabled trans woman trying to somehow transition, I am limited in what I can do, but I'm willing to help fight for our right to: 1. Exist, 2. Be Recognized, 3. Support our Trans-Siblings and the greater LGBTQ+ community. I don't want to live in a place where being MYSELF is a criminal act ... Learning about Germany in the 1930's in High School History class showed me what that could be like.

I love the irony that apparently Keen-Minshull said she "feared for this country" (after being escorted offsite by police) referring to New Zealand, when NZ regularly tops charts of safest countries for women in the world. Hahaha.

It's a pleasure seeing so much of the community stand up to these idiots even though at the same of course we shouldn't have to because we're all human beings.

Thanks for highlighting this hopeful news! I worry about my trans daughter in this world but the idea that there is a protective community out there for her warms my heart.

This was beautiful. I remember a time when bigots would have overwhelmingly outnumbered people fighting for equality even when it was gay rights and trans rights were barely a blip on the radar. It's great to see how far we've come. On the down side, the worst part was seeing someone who was gay telling trans people to get their part off of "our" flag. But it is beautiful to see a bigot like Minshull looking shocked at how overwhelmingly people turned against her.

Australia's state of New South Wales had an election on Saturday, and it switched from the LNP (Liberal / National coalition, which are conservative) to Labor, which is more left-leaning. Now every Australian state is under a Labor government except Tasmania. Our right wing news media is ranting about how "The Australian people don't want a Labor government" because apparently they have no idea just how out of touch they are. Our federal government switched from conservative (after nine awful years) to Labor in May last year. It's good to see that the hateful right-wing rhetoric is losing ground in my country, and the anti-trans crowd are being drowned out.

I remember my dad used me bringing it up as an excuse to rant about how his cis white christian male ass was being 'discriminated against' my closeted transfem self couldn't help but laugh
