From The Original Series all the way to Lower Decks to Picard to Prodigy to Strange New Worlds, even out to Deep Space Nine, I'll explain Star Trek as simply as humanly possible... which isn't very simple. Hope this one gives you all a smile <3 And thank you everyone for supporting me here. Identiteaze is going well, but it's made me so busy, so I just want to reiterate how much it means to me that you've supported me and let me follow this dream <3 Anyways; enjoy getting a laugh at my pain explaining the Star Trek timeline haha.

Really great job on this! I lived all that in real time, since TOS in my teens… You captured it all very well!

I’m enjoying playing “spot the Babylon 5 actor” while watching this. Less than 45 minutes in we’ve got both G’Kar and Draal. I won’t be surprised to see Lyta show up, since she was a stuntman for TNG and DS9 (and maybe Voyager?). Anyway, I’m thoroughly enjoying the video!

Hilarious video, thank you. Didn't know about there being a comic explaining that an Indian character needed to be white to be socially acceptable in a 21st century Star Trek show. But, of course, that was just to explain the movie folks deciding he had to be white. Kind of like DS9 explaining why klingons went from smooth foreheads to bone ridges because we couldn't understand that they were supposed to have always looked that way but the special effects budget was too small in TOS. Oh, and Discovery changed the makeup again because all the actors were graduates of the William Shatner school of acting but they needed the overbearing klingon makeup to force them to enunciate every separate syllable because they didn't all have Shatner's amazing talents. :)

Hmm, maybe Raven, Allison and I are the three who watched all of it. LOL. Sigh. We all know why the Remons were never mentioned again. Because then we'd have to acknowledge that Nemesis happened and that Data died, the same real reason we don't talk about Picard. :)

I'm also one of the three people that watched it all the way to the end! Fantastic overview and very entertaining! Also, good grief Star Trek has a lot of goofy nonsense mixed in there. 😂 (But I love all of it…well, almost all of it. You can have the salamander babies. They're all yours!)

I wanted unhinged nerd Jessie. I GOT unhinged nerd Jessie

I don't understand Star Trek at all. Definitely going to be checking this one out soon.

By NO means do I wish to discourage or disparage you from viewing Jessie's channel, everyone has every right to enjoy whatever they enjoy with no judgement, and I don't want to invalidate your reasons for subscribing or being a patron, but I just have to know: Why are you a subscriber and patron of Jessie's? That's like, her whole thing.

Jessie Earl

Haha; that's ok! I don'T understand it either, and Ive been watching it my whole life haha

That was pretty damn fun and I liked the captions you had for the various species on the board as well your inspired choice for the photo representing the Vorta. It's also great to see you do silly things with action figures again and I hadn't even imagined the possibility of Archer/Picard shipping before this.

I'm a relatively new patron and I want to make it a point to comment more on the things I like. And this was a joy to watch :D I have maybe seen 20% of ST shows/movies (mostly Picard era). I'm currently watching ST:V and everytime it was about the Kazons I was like "god not them again", but I also have my faves whom I love to see (Kes, Chakotay, Torres).I really loved the bit where you went feral over knowing about the Khan face change. xD Keep making stuff about the things you love <3

I love this. It's wonderful watching you have fun and goof around! *adopts a mock-offended tone* Though, it's incontionable that, as someone who purports to be a fan of Enterprise you left out the glory of Archer's gazelle speech!

Thank you so much for sharing such glorious insanity with us all. I legitimately loved every second of it. Such a hella lot of fun 💜

This was an amazing video. I've seen half a season of Lower Decks, two episodes of the 60s show, and the first to Abrams movies. In short, I know jack shit about Stark Trek. Now i know slightly more. I also appreciate that I could watch this in a breezy two hours and not in 20 minute chunks for several months (like I'm doing with the Rowling video that I will finish sometime). With all the new announcements, I desperately need something like this for Star Wars, even if its less in depth or chaotic.
