Weekly Blog Post 9/20/20 New Artist, Blog Posts, and Update Shift (Patreon)

Hello everyone! Welcome back to the Weekly Blog Post. Today we have a lot too announce which is why we had to take last week off. Without further adieu let's begin!

As you have just read on the Title we have a new artist with us at BGE! Jelly had to take some time off to find some balance in his life and we wish him the absolute best. He might come back to us later but we'll see. 

While it did take a bit we ended up finding an artist that was as close as possible to Jelly's style but we know it's not an EXACT match. In the end we found a very capable artist by the name of B-Eil who works hard and is able to draw so much in very little time. But we don't want to just talk about it, we want to show it off. So here is an example of his art.

We know there will be growing pains since many have grown used to Jelly's style but we do hope for a long relationship with B-Eil. It's also thanks to a new artist that we've inspired to make this next update even bigger! 

Sex scenes have always been a bit of an issue for us since Jelly was always so busy but with B-Eil we are going to be adding 5 new Events to the game. You heard that right we will be releasing 5 Sex Scenes  in the Ellinia Update (2 bonus scenes on top of this courtesy of Jelly as his final piece of art for now). We will be showing those off in the coming weeks so our Patrons will be able to get a nice preview of those before we release the update next month. 

Now with the announcement of a new artist also comes a bit of a shift on my end. Blog Posts will now be moved. As you could tell the last few weeks have been a bit inconsistent as I have been missing/delaying the Blog Posts. The reason is my work has shifted my hours and I have no say in the matter. So going forward (At least for the remainder of 2020) 

Blog Posts will now be sent out on SUNDAYS!

Not the biggest change but it still needs to be said. 

Now the last thing I wanted to talk about is a Progress Report on the new update. As of this morning I've written about half of the Story for Ellinia. I was actually on track to maybe finish early but since we added B-Eil to the team and he's been drawing some amazing sex scenes for us I decided to add those in this update. Because of that the Story has shifted a bit but overall it won't really change much other than I will need an extra week to write all the sex scenes. As you read up above there will be a total of 5 scenes added this update. These scenes are going to spice up the Ellinia Update where it needs a bit of a break. 

So not only will you get to further the story of King's Fall but you will be getting some nice 1-1 scenes with the following characters

Maria
Asuna
and Leonore

On top of this we will not be adding plenty of sex scenes every single update going forward. Many of your favorite NPC's will finally get the scenes they deserve so Maria, Asuna, and Leonore are just the start for now! This update will be a HUGE refresher for us and you the fans and Patrons. We can't wait to show you what we've been doing here and because of B-Eil we will have many new things to showcase as well! 

Next week I will be back to discussing new stuff coming in this update with many being around QOL improvements as well as the brand new Recruitment System I've added to the game.
