King's Fall 0.2C Release (Patreon)

Hello all!

We have been busy trying to fix all the bugs that slipped past us and we think we nailed about 99% of them. There is one that we don't really know why it happened but we will have to just wait and see if it pops again. Here is the updated Changelog for 0.2C of which you can also find it bundled with the game. Make sure to read it as I made one of the quests easier to complete and this is how you will know how to complete it.

Also we were getting False Flags that Windows Defender was telling players that the exe for King's Fall is a Virus/Trojan. We tested on every single AV we could find and we came up clean on all of them. We at BGE would never try to harm the computers of our fans and don't really know why we were being told we had a virus link but many of the players have not reported any issues with their AV's. It's mainly Windows Defender.

To transfer your save over to the new build head to:
Data>UI> and find your ui.char.dat file. Just move it over to 0.2C and you will pick up where you left off. 

Changelog for 0.2C:

-Fixed Lucy quest repeating Rewards and Quests

-Fixed Weird text bug for defeating Mano

-"Fixed" Sign that lead to crashing at the end of Maple Island. We didn't really know why it was crashing but we removed the sign. Hopefully this doesn't lead to more crashing. If it does let us know.

-Added in more Save support. The game will now force a save every time you leave an area rather than when you enter one. This should prevent saves getting erased by crashes due to a hang-up. From now on if it crashes it should put you back in the last area you were in.

-Added additional way of getting Sunrise Dew. Head to the info Shop to find the other way. If you have already triggered the Info Shop Quest, here is the quest info. 

"Bell Flowers are known to produce Sunrise Dew but it's rare. I have never seen Bell Flowers around Lith Harbor so I would check the other islands to find them. Maybe Maple Island has some?". Scour Maple Island until you find the Bell Flowers to start the new quest line which will reward you with Sunrise Dew at the end of it.

-Added in Cheat to the first area. Check the Bra. This will help players who experienced the crashing to get caught up again and access the new Lith Harbor content.
