Last Human Ep.2 Devlog 9 (Patrons) (Patreon)

Hey again everyone! Happy weekend :)

It's been quite a week. A lot of base scene work/building is finally finished up and I was able to complete 2 more animations and another scene that I'm very happy about. I bet you all can't wait for Alexis to take you to her house on her 'fade bike', get into some sexy threads, and finally show you how Pantherian sex is the best sex! LOL

Anyway, the previews I have for you this week are final renders directly from the scene mentioned. After spending some quality time back in Base City with Lexi getting some excellent Pantherian food and being shown around, she takes you to her private garage in the city to grab her fade bike. She'll tell you why it's called that but then strap yourself in behind her, grab a handful of boobs and hang on... because this bike is pretty fast :)

I spent an enormous amount of time working on the house and scenes with the bike. Some of them were a real pain in the ass because with the lighting, they were really pushing my rig to its limits. I had framerates down to as low a 5 fps. But I think it was worth the extra hassle and time because I love how they came out. Between the lights given off by the fade bike (plus the familiar fade effect you'll recognize from Serenity), and the house exterior lighting, it was quite a heavy render.

But now that this part is done, we're inside the house for part 2 of quality time with Alexis. As I said in previous devlogs, I decided to bring in the first sex scene in episode 2. And each girl will have her own way of handling sex. I think you'll be surprised with some of them! Lexi being the 'tsundere' of the group, of course you can expect an interesting scene with her. Will she submit and be soft? Or will she take over and bang the hell out of you?

Speaking of Lexi, we've seen that she is much softer/nicer to Mike already. But don't let that fool you - she's still going to have her moments.

Anyway, moving on... I had a lot of help from a few modders in this update - thanks to Fouetty and MAS75 for quickly hooking me up with imports for HS2 as I've needed them. These guys have been huge in helping me get my scenes to where I want them. Without proper modders, most of these AVNs would look pretty bland. So, a big thanks to both of them!

As for a release... I'm sorry to say I still have a bit to go. But don't worry, I'm to a point now where most of the work should be a lot easier to knock out with most of my base scenes now built and ready for use in future scenes. Base scenes are what I call those 'places' that are visited often and reused throughout the story. With them already built, all I have to do is add characters, pose them, and move the story along through renders. There will always be at least a few base scenes I need to make for every update. But these earlier updates will see many of them being built right away (which is why these first updates are taking the longest - not to mention episode 2 will be a longer run with at least 1500 images, about 11 animations, and nearly 3100 lines of code that is mostly dialogue). A lot of shit is happening this update. :)
