I was just looking at the full-res version. Great to see the textures are back! Did you find a way to balance texture with SSS or is SSS off? Also, what's the thing on the front of Liara's collar? Retractable leash? :o

Well the textures have technically always been SSS but yeah, these are the original settings without trying to do all the fancy light passing through the skin stuff hehe, so i wouldn't say the SSS is off, just back to minimal :) The thing on the front of the collar is just the buckle tbh, but you will see some more of that collar soon aswell.

I love how your art is like glimpsing into the lives of this beautiful couple. Makes it so real. I'm in playthrough #4 of the trilogy at the moment. Last 3 were Renegade/Liara, this one I changed up and did Paragon/Kaidan. Love the change in dialogue and the romance, but Liara will always be my #1.

Thanks for the nice comment, that is what I try to do with the art, show a little peak into the life of this cute couple ^__^. Kaidan is a pretty nice guy, but nothing could ever pull me/Kira away from Liara, but i agree, i do like how the dialogue changes between Paragon and Renegade ^__^

Oh trust me I was skeptical. I've always killed Kaidan off at Virmire. Couldn't stand him as a Renegade Femshep. He was too goody two-shoes. I read a fan fiction that highlighted the relationship and thought to give it a try. Also found a sappy YouTube video with the equally sappy song A Thousand Years by Christina Perri that is a Kaidan tribute. By Naomi and has .mp4 in the title. Really really well put together and edited. Brings tears. Let me know what you think if you watch it. I don't think you'll be disappointed. :)

Thanks, I might check it out ^__^ The thing that kinda made me like Kaidan was seeing a video of him in the hospital bed after being attacked by Eva, The things he said, he seemed like such a nice guy, it changed my view of him :P

He does have quite a bit of dynamic to him, more than I realized. He is very very conflicted, especially after he finds her on Horizon in ME2 with Cerberus. He writes her an email apologizing for his behavior which the voice actor made a YouTube audio of him reading the letter. Kinda cool actually, to have the actor be a big fan too. :)
