Hey All,

Hope everyone's doing well. My mods are fine for the patch but many have been updated. As I said last month, this month's focus was, as requested, on making updates to my existing mods. 

Updates

This ended up being a ton of work so that's why you haven't heard from me in a bit; I have many (some major) updates to several of my mods including bugfixes, improvements, brand new features, feature changes, and fulfilled requests. Family Connections is now public and received an update.

I have added nearly 50 milestones, many with custom images, to several of my mods. I tried to make as many as possible retroactive but some will only appear if you, for instance, go back to the doctor or get arrested, again. 

New Stuff

Additionally, I have a new Behavioral Addiction mod as part of Divergent Sims. It's annoying to call it a module when for all intents and purposes it's actually a fully realized, individual mod. But because I wanted to integrate parts of Divergent Sims for the sake of ease of use, it's been added as an additional module. Details are below.

WIP

October release will either be my Elders mod WIP and/or Athletic Career Overhaul. We'll see which comes first depending on which one inspires me more. I'm open to suggestions for what you'd want to see in either but I can't promise they'll be implemented (if you're a patron and have already told me under the poll, no need to repeat!).

Mod Updates

PLEASE REMEMBER TO DELETE AND REPLACE UPDATES AND NOT OVERRIDE. SOME FILE NAMES HAVE BEEN CHANGED. PLEASE ALSO REMEMBER TO CLEAR YOUR CACHE. SEVERAL SCRIPTS HAVE BEEN UPDATED.

Also make sure to get the updated version of the mood pack (Sept). It was recently updated!!!!!

Custom Nuptials v2.6.6
Added custom milestones and Updated MWS compatibility file. Changed the way the mod is triggered.

Delinquent Teens v2.1 

Added custom Milestones and two new traits: Goody Two Shoes and Troubled Youth which will control autonomy of how much your sim can get into trouble. They can be added via the Actions menu. Added Fake ID for Sims to get busted less when drinking. Fake IDs will be confiscated after DUI and Possession arrests.

Dental Care v6.9

Added custom milestones. Bad breath and its reactions is now limited to members of the active household; npcs should not walk around with bad breath (from this mod). Altered teething to happen during both infant and toddler stages. Occults should be exempted from oral hygiene. Fixed issue with braces not automatically applying.

Divergent Sims v2.4 

Main Menu for Children and above is now available on the phone in addition to on the Sim. For Infants and Toddlers it is still Sim-level only. Sessions no longer have specific business hours. A recovery and relapse system is now available for all conditions for which it makes sense; sims can relapse on their road to recovery or they can with treatments and healthy habits (therapies/self-help/exercise/healthy eating/ medication) fully recover from their condition. Giftedness has been added. For sims who have ASD and/or are Gifted, they now have the ability to choose from one of eight special interests upon initial diagnosis. If your sim already has been diagnosed with ASD, they will need to choose special interest by clicking on the Sim. When engaging in activities that cover their interest, they will receive skill gain benefits and buffs towards that as well as viceversa. Additionally, I have added psychiatric service dogs. You can request a psychiatric service dog as treatment from the psychiatrist and if approved, you can either adopt a new service dog or you can designate a dog already in the sim's household. Updated occult exemptions. Minor bug fixes. Your Sims should no longer get stuck in appointments; if they do reset appointments from Actions and it will release everyone.

Education Overhaul v5.4 

Added milestones. Made tweaks to Preschool skill/character value gains. Minor bug fixes. 


Eye Care v2.5 

Added milestones. Consolidated interactions into a single menu. Decreased frequency of certain buffs. Should feel a little more realistic, less random. Minor bug fixes.

Family Connections v1.2
Minor bug fixes.

Family Therapy v3.7 

Added custom therapy milestone. Updated to accommodate Addictions from new module for DS.

Healthcare Redux v6.7 

Pediatric checkups are available for infants. Infants can get sick same as Toddlers. 

Sims can now lose their hearing as toddlers, children, teens, or young adults; it is most likely to happen after an ear infection or bacterial meningitis, but there's a slight chance it can happen after car accident or plane crash due to head injury as well as rarely without outside causes as part of Sim genetics in toddlers and children. Lip Reading, Sim Sign Language, Hearing Aids, and Cochlear Implants are no longer reward traits and must be obtained through the mod. Sims can learn to read lips by watching tv, on the tablet, or using the computer. They can also learn Sim Sign Language via computer or tablet. Hearing Aids and Cochlear Implants are only available via the doctor and implants now require surgery. 

Hospital stays are also available for sims after medical emergencies and other surgeries. Additionally Sims child and up can now visit Sims who are in the hospital during in-patient stays. Minor bug fixes. Updated occult exemptions.

More Resolutions v1.4 

Fixed a test for engagement/married Sims resolutions. 

Shared Custom Tuning 

This is currently only updated here in Utility mods. It has been removed from the individual mods and will exist as a separate dependency here on out.

SimNation Travel v5.9.6 

Added missing file for aspiration.

Simulated Endings v1.4

Bugfixes. Added further compatibility with Mortem; pay attention to installation instructions. Fixed buffs for spared sims.

Summer Camp v4.7 

Added custom camp milestone and updated away camp.

Tattoo Parlor v1.3

Added custom tattoo milestone. Added missing new tattoo buffs for CAS tattoos added via the mod.

Voting v3

Added custom voting milestone. Added phone interaction to Research Candidates under Social menu. Added election outcomes and Sim reactions to those outcomes. Sims can watch the Politics or News channel on the tv or check for Election Results on their phones under Social. If you forget to check, the results will be announced at the end of the holiday. XML injector no longer needed; now requires the Shared Library. 

University Application Overhaul v5.5

Added custom university acceptance milestone. Added parental reactions to acceptance and rejection. 

Patreon Early Access Mods

BG Health System v2 

Added custom milestones. Added infant illness and pediatric visits. Note that for infant doctor visits your infant must be in a crib or on the floor; they cannot be held. Minor Sims now have the option to have someone accompany them to doctor visits. Added automatically assigned natural immunity (strong, normal, or weak) which will help to determine the rate at which sims are likely to catch illnesses. You can change immunity in the Actions menu. Fixed reward trait.

Divergent Sims v3 

DO NOT overwrite the files. Delete and replace as names have been changed. Main Menu for Children and above is now available on the phone in addition to on the Sim. Added custom milestones. Minor bug fixes. Shortened all sessions and removed most time of day restrictions. Updated computer option to research conditions with new reactions. Special Interests are now visible. Added interaction descriptions. Tweaked the rate of side effects.

New feature: Behavioral Addiction module. There are now four different addictions which can present themselves over time starting as occasional habits, progressing into bad habits, obsessive habits, and finally addictions: caffeine, shopping, gambling, and gaming. There are new interactions to support these addictions under the Entertainment menu on the phone. Sims can relapse on their road to recovery and it can affect those in their households as well. Added six new recovery/relapse buffs to previous system. Some sims are more susceptible to addictions than others. Sims can avail themselves of outpatient addiction counseling, in-patient rehab, and an addict support group. Counseling, rehab, and support groups recognize and treat addiction from BD. There is no conflict between BD and this module. There are also new socials related to addiction with reactions.

Family therapy in the mod has changed with new moodlets and reactions for both the initiating sim and those who accompany them. Changed OCD mood buffs. Sims can now call in sick to work if they want when their condition has flared up if they have certain buffs. Updated occult exemptions. Your Sims should no longer get stuck in appointments; if they do reset appointments from Actions and it will release everyone.


Family and Friends Activities v4  

This mod has been renamed as its scope has broadened. I added additional options for your sim to go to the cemetery to mourn and potentially be frightened by ghost depending on time of day, shopping to get random merchandise and add another option for Addicts, the medical clinic to cure GTW illnesses, and the racetrack to bet or watch (depending on age and disposition) and add another option for Addicts.

Healthcare Redux v7 

Added custom milestones. Minor bugfixes. When going to prenatal appts, your sim can now learn the number of babies and their sexes if opting into a gender reveal. Changed it so that Sims are symptomatic for at least 12 hours before showing the doctor notification. New features: Gynecological exams and gynecological issues; made changes to migraines; multiple babies result in higher risk pregnancies more likely to develop complications, need induction, or result in c-section birth; new socials and reactions/moodlets related to diagnoses and illnesses for the sims and their friends/family members; optional medication reminder addon. Changed the way deaf accommodations work. Sims who are not deaf can learn sign language as well. Added side effects to medications used in the mod. Updated occult exemptions and pregnancy pre/postnatal notifications/features to exclude lab science babies.


SimNation Travel v6 

Moved all phone options from custom pie menu to Travel menu to consolidate all options/ease of use. Added custom milestones. Added new truck from Horse Ranch pack. Added travel agent option as an alternative to booking reservations separately. Added option to purchase cars at rabbithole dealership. Changed mechanism for how cars are categorized/tagged to allow easier addition of newer pack cars and integration with custom cars. Business hours are now longer. Fake IDs will be confiscated after DUIs.
