These are small mods which are add new functionality to gameplay for the Sims 4.

I need somewhere to house small mods that don't actually need a whole post. I don't have that many but I figured it'll help organize. Most of them currently have their own pages but that might change.

Background Stories

A mod that adds various background information for unplayed or non-selectable sims who show up in your neighborhood or around your Sim. It gives them, if they do not already exist, preferences, careers, skills, money, and more. Download here (ONE version only, choose which one). Requires the Shared Library.

Better Daycare

This mod changes the daycare options for small sims. Now Sims who want to can send their babies, infants, and toddlers to daycare at any time. Sims at daycare can optionally gain skills, character values, and gains towards developmental milestones. Sims can also optionally pay daycare fees at both game daycare and elective daycare. Now sims needs are taken care of at daycare (game and new elective daycare) more effectively. Download here.

Career Services 

This is a mod that your Sim's can take to help them determine their next career move or their first, fill gaps in their training for jobs they're interested in or currently in, and adds a system of unemployment for fired or laid off Sims. Download here.

Connected Sims 

A mod which gives Sims opportunities to be invited to activities, events, and social outings by and with friends and family members. Some are seasonal, some happen on the weekend, some happen year round and all week. Sims can receive between 1-3 invitations a week to do over 50 different activities, events, and social outings. Errant Thoughts

A mod which gives Sim an opportunity to roll thoughts rethinking some of their life decisions in three different categories: career, relationships, and lifestyle. Download here. Requires the Shared Library and Mood Pack.

Family and Friend Connections 

A mod which allows you to expand the types of relationships available in your Sim's relationship panel. They do not affect family trees as the game does not recognize them in genealogy. Download here. Requires the Shared Library.

Functional Mirror and Non-Mirror Medicine Cabinets

Here are four mirrors and two cabinets (three from base game, one from parenthood, one from cats and dogs) designed to also be storage. Simple yet functional! Download here.

More Logical Interactions

This is a small mod to add logic to blicblock, it adds crossword puzzle interaction to phone and tablet as well as makes it so that programming also increasing logic skill in addition to programming skill because that felt more realistic to me. Download here. Requires Shared Library.

More Resolutions

This add 9 new resolution possibilities to the game. They work exactly like the other Seasons resolutions; Sims will have 7 days to complete the resolution in order to fulfill their resolution. Download here.

No Weather Outfit's (Scarlet's Mods)

Sims will no longer need to change out of their Everyday outfit into their Hot/Cold Weather outfits. Everyday outfits are now ok to use! Download here.

Psychic Connections

It allows for your Sim to seek out psychic connections with spiritual counselors, psychics, and fortune tellers via chatting on the phone or on the computer. Download here. Requires Shared Library.

Simulation Is Not Free

Daycare, Proposing, City Living Invites, Hospital Birth, and After School Activities now cost money. The fees are taken out after the interactions have been run. Download here. Requires the XML Injector.

Social Network Crossover Interactions

Adds social network interactions from the computer to the phone.

Socialization Shortcuts

This mod adds four new interactions that allow you to socialize with new sims that your Sims has not yet met and allows them to meet them. One is on the computer - Chat with New Sims. The other three are on the phone - Chat with New Sims, Hang Out with New Sims (invite unmet sims to a location), and Get to Know New Sims (get to know Sims without needing to meet in person). Virtual Diploma Course

Adds an online diploma course option to the computer under the Career menu for those who drop out of HS or have been expelled, specifically for those who don't have HSY. Sims must be at least young adult and older, since it's modeled after the HSY GED course.
