This is a mod which alters the EA lot traits to be more useful and impactful. Download here/alternate.

Packs Required: Base Game. If packs are not installed, the lot traits for those packs should not be affected.

Venue Fees Lot Trait and Memberships

This is a mod which adds a new lot trait that charges Sims dynamic fees based upon their age, membership status and the type of venue when entering venues. It also allows Sims to sign up for membership discounts to certain types of venues. Download here/alternate. Requires the general pie menus and the shared library.
