Changes over r2.2 dev2:

- Improved reflection filtering in multiple different ways to reduce smudging

- Improved reflection handling for held items to overcome certain limitations

- Added "Shadow Light Multiplier" setting

- Added "Generated Normal Strength" setting (IntegratedPBR)

- Added "Coated Texture Strength" setting (IntegratedPBR)

- Tweaked water color handling for better water visibility in caves

- Tweaked Scene Aware Light Shafts to disappear faster than before (looking for more feedback)

- Tweaked reflection color handling for more convincing smooth surfaces in certain situations

- Increased the limit of Selection Outline Brightness setting
