Changes over r2.0 dev6:

- Added "Light Shaft Mode" setting. Modes being "Scene Aware", "Regular", and "Extreme"

- Added a setting to adjust the intensity of Atmospheric Fog

- Added an option to disable Cave Fog

- Added "High Quality Reimagined Clouds" option

- Added extra directional shading for RP PBR to look better in unlit areas

- Rebalanced Generated Normals on entities and water

- Reduced RP PBR normal map strength by default to balance for Reimagined's lighting model

- Slightly reduced Coated Textures intensity on players and held items

- Slightly reduced daytime atmospheric fog brightness during rain

- Fixed Reimagined clouds causing visual problems when viewed from extreme altitudes

- Fixed broken lighting on translucents if shadowmap resolution have been changed

- Fixed visuals breaking if Coated Textures option is enabled while Generated Normals option is not

- Fixed enchantment glint opacity not being correct on Mc versions 1.19.4 and above
