Changes over r1.5 dev1:

- Added labPBR and SEUSPBR support to entities, block entities, held items and translucents

- Improved labPBR and SEUSPBR reflection intensity calculations

- Improved night time sky and light shaft balance to provide a darker feel without hurting visibility

- Improved TAA to reduce shimmering and crawling

- Slightly tweaked morning atmospheric fog

- Slightly tweaked the Cave Lighting setting

- Increased Shadow Quality on Very High and Ultra profiles

- Reduced the quality of "High" and "Very High" Shadow Quality options and added a new "Ultra" tier

- Reverted sand changes of dev1 to fix weird reflections in some situations (IntegratedPBR)

- Fixed fog on oceans and superflat worlds looking a bit too bright during night

- Re-fixed some modded blocks getting fully reflective for no reason
