- Added "Hand Sway" option

Hello Emin! great work on the shaders! You are truly taking Minecraft to the next level. I have a request for you, can you make the clouds follow the "cloud height" setting from Sodium / Frabric? Either that or add a slider to config the cloud height. I use terrain mods and high mountains reach the level of the clouds, it's cool and all to see the clouds up close but they go all the way through inside caves, and such killing the effect a bit. Thanks and keep it up!

Hello! I unfortunately can't link it to that setting as Iris doesn't pass the required information to shaderpacks. But I can add a cloud height setting into the Shader Options
