Changes over r5.2_dev4:

- Added "Advanced Colored Lighting" option

  * Using a worldspace flood-fill system to ensure that every light source is always correctly accounted for

- Fixed border fog looking incorrect on the new rain styles with the Distant Horizons mod

- Fixed Generated Normals causing an error with the Distant Horizons mod

- Fixed Atmospheric Fog Distance setting being reversed with the Distant Horizons mod

- The size of Unbound Cloud Shadows now change according to the Cloud Smallness setting
